PRICING & OPTIONS
A clear proposal before enrollment.
PDP pricing combines a one-time implementation scope with annual account and per-property fees.
What determines the proposal
- Number, size and type of properties
- Existing documentation and assessment needs
- Program tier, governance and review requirements
- Selected mapping, travel and other enhancements
Final fees, contract duration, payment terms and renewals are stated in your proposal and agreement.
Optional property mapping
$30 per 1,000 square feet ($0.03/SF), with a $750 minimum per property.
Mapping scope, travel and enhancements are quoted as applicable. Mapping is counted once in the scoped proposal.
Example: the base mapping amount for a 20,000 SF property is $750 because the minimum applies. A 100,000 SF property is $3,000 before quoted additions.
Preparedness and restoration are separate scopes.
PDP enrollment establishes the agreed planning and readiness services. Emergency restoration work is separately authorized and billed. The PDP complements existing procedures; it is not insurance or a substitute for a life-safety plan.
