FROM FIRST CALL TO AN ACTIVE PLAN
A practical process with clear ownership.
The goal is a useful property record and an agreed way to coordinate when disruption occurs.
Start with your properties and priorities.
We discuss your locations, operations, existing plans and the disruptions your team needs to prepare for.
Agree on the program and proposal.
Confirm the enrolled property list, deliverables, fees, options, responsibilities and applicable response commitments before enrollment.
Build the property records.
Complete the scoped assessment and gather the contacts, systems information, drawings and other records needed for the plan.
Put the plan in your team’s hands.
Review access, roles, activation and escalation so the designated people know where to find information and who can authorize work.
Review changes and practice the process.
Keep contact and property information current through the agreed check-ins, remote annual verification and any included tabletop exercises.
WHEN AN INCIDENT OCCURS
Use the agreed emergency activation route.
For emergency restoration, call 866-535-0363. Consultation forms and portal previews are not emergency dispatch channels.
Have the essentials ready
- Property name, address and enrolled status
- Known incident conditions and affected areas
- On-site and after-hours contact
- Safe-access restrictions and operating priorities
- The person authorized to approve restoration work
Coordinate the response

PDP QUESTIONS
Answers before you apply.
Review program details here, then talk with us about your properties.
Is the PDP free?
No. The PDP is a paid, scoped program with one-time implementation and annual account and per-property fees. A proposal confirms the final scope and terms.
Which program should we choose?
Core establishes a property-level foundation. Portfolio adds coordination across locations. Enterprise addresses more complex governance and facility needs. We help confirm the fit during consultation.
Do we need to replace our existing emergency plan?
The PDP complements your existing emergency, continuity and life-safety procedures. It focuses on property documentation, preparedness and restoration coordination.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Your property locations, approximate size, operating priorities and the person responsible for planning are enough to begin. Existing plans, drawings and contact lists help define the scope.
Is mapping included automatically?
Mapping is a scoped option at $30 per 1,000 SF with a $750 minimum per property. Travel, enhancements and the final mapping scope are quoted as applicable.
How often is the plan reviewed?
Core includes one annual check-in. Portfolio and Enterprise include four check-ins per year. The programs include remote annual verification; included tabletop counts are zero, one and two respectively.
Does PDP enrollment cover emergency restoration charges?
No. Emergency work is separately authorized and billed. The proposal and agreement define readiness services and applicable response commitments.
Does submitting the consultation form enroll us?
No. A consultation request or full application starts the conversation. Enrollment, scope, fees and response commitments are confirmed in a separate proposal and agreement.
How do existing clients log in?
Use Client Login to reach the current ERP. The new client portal is being developed; the public preview uses fictional information and is not a live account.
Where is service available?
We serve properties in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, New Jersey, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. Confirm property eligibility and response terms during scoping.
