Stop the disruption. Establish the recovery plan.
The goal is not simply to remove visible water. It is to understand what became wet, protect usable space and establish the work needed before repairs begin. Our Wilmington team coordinates with owners, property managers and facility staff from the initial assessment through the transition to reconstruction.
Emergency water removal
Extraction from affected rooms, corridors and other accessible areas after pipe breaks, supply-line leaks, sprinkler discharges or flooding. We coordinate source-control needs with the appropriate trade and identify immediate priorities with your site contact.
Structural drying
Drying equipment is selected for the building, affected materials and available utilities. Moisture observations and readings help guide adjustments, identify areas requiring access and document progress rather than relying on appearance alone.
Flood and sewage cleanup
Floodwater and sewage losses require an assessment of contamination, affected finishes and access restrictions. The scope may include controlled removal, debris handling, cleaning and drying, with work areas separated from occupants as conditions require.
Selective material removal
When affected materials cannot reasonably remain, we define removal areas and coordinate access before demolition. The scope considers concealed moisture, adjoining spaces and the requirements of the subsequent repair work.
Contents and property protection
Discuss relocation, protection, inventory and recovery of affected furnishings, business contents and stored materials. Decisions are coordinated with the owner so essential items, sensitive spaces and disposal authorizations receive attention.
Repairs and reconstruction
After mitigation, ReBuilders can develop a repair scope for affected walls, ceilings, flooring and other building components. Reconstruction scope, pricing, approvals and sequencing are established separately from emergency stabilization.
